- Any cancellations made between 60 business days (00:00 local time) to 30 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of CHF 60.
- Any cancellations made between 30 business days (00:00 local time) to 14 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 14 business days (00:00 local time) to 7 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 7 business days (00:00 local time) to 1 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Day 1:
After exchanging your voucher, take the next available train. Explore Lucerne and get a chance to visit the Old Town and see the Chapel Bridge and Water Tower. Have an overnight stay at Lucerne.
Day 2:
Pass by the Brunig pass on the way to Bernese Oberland. See Lake Brienz, Interlaken, Lake Thun, and Zweisimmen on the way to Gstaad. See the scenic villages of Chateau d'Oex, and Montbovon in Pays d'Enhaut as you travel to Lake Geneva and Montreux. Spend the night at your hotel Montreux.
Day 3:
You can choose to return to Lucerne or extend your stay at Montreux at your own expense.
